Во втором полуфинале «Евровидения 2009» под номером 12 выступит дуэт, в состав которого вошли юная певица AySel и хорошо нам известный исполнитель Араш. Решение отправить дуэт жюри азербайджанского национального отбора приняло не сразу. В отборе победила AySel, исполняя песню из репертуара… Бейонс. «Она мой кумир, мне нравится все, что делает эта певица на сцене. Я долгое время занималась танцами, изучала не только современную музыку, но и народную, азербайджанскую – современный шоу-бизнес требует от исполнителя больших знаний, и я стараюсь шагать ногу со временем.» - прокомментировала свой выбор молодая исполнительница.
После того, как была выбрана композиция для «Евровидения» - “Always”, написанная Арашем, автор намекнул, что он является не только автором и композитором, но и успешным исполнителем и «поэтому ему бы очень хотелось быть на сцене «Евровидения 2009», а не за кулисами». Такое признание Араша дало толчок жюри создать дуэт для международного конкурса.
«Эта идея возникла у нас еще во время первого прослушивания песни Араша, - рассказывал один из членов жюри. – Ведь его песня о прекрасной и такой чистой любви, а ведь любовь — это всегда двое! Когда сам Араш в своем интервью заявил о желании выступить за Азербайджан, мы окончательно утвердились в том, что нашу страну представит этот романтический дуэт - AySel & Arash. Тем более, как известно, у Араша есть азербайджанские корни!»
Также Араш признался, что популярный конкурс «Евровидение» представляет для него немалый интерес. При этом, он безумно рад, что ему предложили спеть дуэтом именно с AySel. «Важным момент для меня было то, что я буду выступать с AySel, ведь именно для нее я писал песню Always, - сказал Араш. - Теперь мне хочется, чтобы наш дуэт с AySel стал чем-то особенным и для «Евровидения 2009».
В данный момент уже закончена работа над улучшением номера и самой композиции. В процессе создания шоу были задействованы одни из лучших режиссеров-постановщиков Европы. Дуэт уже провел генеральную репетицию в Москве, выступив в финале национального отбора России.
19 марта был презентован клип на конкурсную песню. Для создания клипа были приглашены шведские специалисты. Клип снят на очень высоком уровне и в форме, отвечающей мировым стандартам. Приглашенные к съемкам клипа шведские специалисты оправдали наши надежды. Над клипом работали несколько дней, съемки же заняли один день”.- отметил глава делегации страны.
Айсели и Араш полностью довольны проделанной работой. “В видео зрители смогут увидеть некоторые фрагменты той постановки, с которой мы выступим в Москве, - рассказала Айсель. - Но у нас еще много времени впереди, чтобы изучить все возможности и добиться идеального результата. А видео будет таким же энергичным, как и сама песня”.
