Третье место Азербайджана на “Евровидении 2009″ критики назвали одним из важнейших итогов состоявшегося в Москве песенного конкурса. «Страна Огней становится все более известной и симпатичной Европе и миру» - пишут общественные издания России…
Результат Азербайджана, который дебютировал на конкурсе лишь год назад, просто впечатляющий: «Айсель и Араш заняли третье место, уступив вторую ступеньку пьедестала участнице из Исландии буквально в последний момент, да и то с незначительным отрывом в 11 очков. За азербайджанский дуэт отдали свои голоса телезрители всей Европы, а это 34 страны - от Израиля до Финляндии, от Мальты и Великобритании – до России, включая 10 баллов от Норвегии, Нидерландов, Чехии и Украины, а также 12 балов от Турции.
Конкуренция на Евровидении в этом году была более чем высокой. Имена профессиональных и популярных участников говорят сами за себя - Патриция Каас, Сакис Рувас, Эндрю Ллойд Вебер и другие. Айсель и Араш не скрывают, что беспокоились по этому поводу: «Узнав, какие у нас сильные конкуренты, мы переживали. Это было действительно самое «звёздное» Евровидение за историю если не всего конкурса, то за последние годы уж точно». Хотя опытные деятели российского шоу-бизнеса, такие как Филипп Киркоров, не разделяли этих опасений, а наоборот прогнозировал дуэту одну из лидирующих позиций в финале. К примеру, Николай Басков пророчил Айсель и Арашу только победу. Как видите, они оказались максимально близки к истине.
Специалисты отметили уровень и качество как рекламно-ознакомительной кампании, так и организации шоу Айсель и Араша. Команда, которая работала над проектом, включала специалистов из Азербайджана, Швеции, Украины, России, Великобритании.
