Неделю назад организаторы конкурса предупредили о появлении фальшивых билетов в продаже. Сегодня появилась информация, что по неофициальным источникам мошенники за первые две недели заработали более 20 тысяч евро на фальшивые билетах. Нам удалось выяснить некоторые подробности…
Как сообщил представитель руководителя пресс-службы УБЭП ГУВД Москвы Ф.Золотницкого, в ходе одной из профилактических операций сотрудники УБЭП установили, что через Интернет неизвестные предлагают купить билеты.
Причем продажа «фальшивых» билетов началась еще за несколько недель, до появления какой-либо официальной информации о билетах. Мошенники продавали билеты на Евровидение 2009 по 1000$ за штуку.
Оплата за билеты принималась прямо на сайте при помощи электронных денег и кредитных карточек. Известно точно, что злоумышленники использовали вымышленные имена при регистрации доменов и электронных кошельков. Сайт, через который распространялись билеты, располагался на иностранном сервере и в данный момент сайт находится в неработающем состоянии.
Но самое главное, большинство денег удалось вернуть их законным владельцам, потому что и кредитные каточки и электронные кошельки имеют функцию возврата платежей в случае выявления мошенничества.
