Александр родом из Белоруссии, родился в столице 13 мая 1986 года. Через четыре года его семья переехала в Норвегию. Детство Александра прошло в городе Нессоден (недалеко от столицы Норвегии Осло).Талант музыканта ему передался по наследству: мать мальчика играла на пианино, а отец - на скрипке. Начиная с возраста 5ти лет, он играет на скрипке, фортепиано, а также сочиняет собственные песни и исполняет их.
Молодой исполнитель выступал со многими известными артистами (Арве Теллефсен, Мортен Харкет, Ханне Крог, Кнутсен и Людвигсен, скрипач Пинчас Зукерман). Александр принимал участие в норвежской версии Идола (дошел до полуфинала) и в шоу талантов “Kjempesjansen. В последнем одержал победу благодаря песни собственного сочинения “Foolin”. Также он выиграл премию Андерса Йахреса в области культуры и является концертмейстером в крупнейшем норвежском симфоническом молодежном оркестре, Ung Symfoni, в Бергене. Стинг, Битлз и Моцарт - его кумиры в музыке. Летом этого года Александр снимется в фильме Yohan - Child Wanderer.
На песенном конкурсе “Евровидения” молодой артист исполнит норвежскую фолк-песню “Fairytale”, которую написал лично. Композиция основана на реальной истории любви. Песня исполняется вместе с фольклорным танцевальным ансамблем Frikar.
