Отбор участника будет проходить следующим образом: вначале из всех песен выберут 50 наиболее соответствующих. Далее Экспертный совет российского телевидения отберет 15 исполнителей с композициями для финала. После этого, совет будет просто придерживаться правил, действующих на «Евровидении»: после выступления претендентов голоса жюри и телезрителей суммируются, и, набравший больше всего очков, исполнитель представит страну в СК Олимпийском 16го мая.
Имя победителя нац-отбора обещают объявить в тот же день после программы «Прожекторперисхилтон» на Первом канале.
В качестве гостей на шоу приглашены звезды, которые уже представляли Россию на еврофесте: Дима Билан, Юлия Савичева, Мария Кац, «Премьер-министр», Алсу, «Серебро» и Наталья Подольская.

Прикольно с этим Димой Биланом только лишь в одном, эта типа победа Димочки Билана ни-чего дорогого не стоит кроме тех денег, и усилий что затратили на этого дешевого пиарщика и как правильно сказано КУКЛУ-ПУСТЫШКУ и по поводу его ДИСКОВ, да действительно его диски уже валяются в скупках, а так-же выставляются по сниженным ценам по 25 рублей в тех-же магазинах где их пытались сначала выставить по 150 рублей за диск, но у Вы не пошло и вот теперь они валяются в мусорной корзине по 25 рублей за ДИСК САМОГО ЛУЧШЕГО, САМОГО ПОПУЛЯРНОГО, САМОГО, САМОГО ВЕЛИКОГО ДИМЫ БИЛАНА - вот вам и великий Димочка Билан, пусть нам это лживое телевидение дальше чего-то там пытается вкручивать, но ФАКТ, он и есть ФАКТ, и от него никуда У Вы не деться и не уйти.
ПОБЕДА ДОРОГА ТОГДА КОГДА ОНА ЗАВОЕВАНА, как говориться потом и кровью, А НЕ ДЕНЕЖНЫМИ СРЕДСТВАМИ, ТАКАЯ ПОБЕДА, как эта на ЕВРОВИДЕНИИ 2008 у Вы РОССИЯНАМ ТАКАЯ ПОБЕДА И ДАРОМ НЕ НУЖНА, это победа политиков, а не талантов которых у нас становиться все меньше и меньше, А ПРОЦВЕТАЕТ НА РОССИЙСКОЙ ЭСТРАДЕ ОТКРОВЕННАЯ ХАЛТУРА И БЕЗДАРНОСЬ - РОССИЯ ВПЕРЕД !!!
На мой взгляд с вашей стороны по поводу участия в отборочном туре на ЕВРОВИДЕНИЕ-2009 это просто пиар,для того,чтобы подзаработать денег на смс голосованиях или просто,чтобы кто-то поверил в ваши слова и проголосовал)))В наше время без денег ничего не бывает!!!Неужели простым гражданам так легко стать участником ЕВРОВИДЕНИЯ-2009???В это на вряд ли кто-то поверит в России…Я занимаюсь уже 9 лет вокалом,и знаю как тяжело продвинуться в наше время по этой линни,тем более тем,кто не из Москвы.Со мной даже одно время работал продюссер( Лейрих),но ни чего у нас не вышло,опять та ки напоминаю,что деньги-камень пронокновения,хотя надежда у меня ещё всё же осталась)))
Хочу чтобы группа “plazma” выйграла!!!
