Следующий конкурс пройдет 18-22 мая 2010. Полуфиналы конкурса состоятся 18 и 20 мая, финал 22 мая.Об этом сообщил на пресс-конференции в Москве исполнительный супервайзер конкурса «Евровидение-2009» Сванте Стокселиус …
Он показал журналистам приз – хрустальный микрофон, который получит победитель этого года. А также представил мультипликационного героя «Доктора Eurovision», который в коротком ролике рассказал правила голосования.
Приз, который получит победитель конкурса - точно такой же хрустальный микрофон, какой привeз в прошлом году в Москву Дима Билан.
Сванте также сообщил еще одну радостную новость. Европейский вещательный союз ведет переговоры по поводу расширения количества участников конкурса, в частности, по поводу участия Италии.
В пресс-конференции приняли участие первый и последний победители конкурса: победительница 1956 года Лиз Ассиа и победитель 2008 года Дима Билан.
